Job Title: Sr Java J2EE Developer

Location: Eagan, Minnesota

Duration: 6 Months

 

Description:

·         8 to 10 years of Java Dev Experience

·         J2EE

·         Large Scale Systems Experience

·         Batch Programming Experience

·         Great Communication

·         Healthcare Background

·         Enterprise Background

 

Pluses:

·         Pharmacy Specific Healthcare Experience

·         4 YR Degree

 

Day to Day:

·         This person will be loading converted data files into a new system.

·         This will involve batch orientated implementation.

·         Additionally, they will manage surronding codes/scripts.

·         You will develop solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.

·         You will create policies, practices and solutions that will prevent future recurrences of same/similar problems.

·         You'll work independently with limited guidance from a senior team member. Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for overall adherence to standards and processes.

·         You'll serve as a mentor to junior employees and assists in training and development.

·         You will prepare own estimates for projects and assists others in preparing their estimates.

·         Proactively documents processes and technical topics related to the platform being developed and/or supported.
