Title: Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
Duration: 9+ Months
Location: Bloomington, IL
This position is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.
It is for 1st shift in Phoenix with a schedule of Mon-Fri 7am - 3:15pm.
· Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
· Installation experience
· Application Configuration Support Knowledge
· Infrastructure troubleshooting
· Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
· Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways
· Knowledge of adjunct connectivity
· CTIOS troubleshooting server side
· TCP/IP networking fundamentals
· Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
· Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
· Self Directed, Team player, Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
· In order to foster communication and timely resolution of outages, analysts located in Bloomington and Phoenix will be located, on a regularly scheduled basis, in an area where a video camera with phone will operate continuously.
Will have them start in CCW for 2 weeks to address accesses and then come to Bloomington for 4-6 weeks for training.
