Position: Maximo Functional Architect
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 month project with possible extension.

 
Operational
 
-  Responsible for Maximo system configuration, Workflow development, Escalation Application designer database configuration
-  Responsible for Technical release coordination of major & minor functional system evolutions including ongoing future releases.
-  Work closely with Maximo business solutions architect and assist in specifications, prototyping solution design.
-  Responsible for gathering business requirements, analysis, conducting workshops and producing functional and technical design documentation
-  Conducting or coordinates User Acceptance and release document
-  Responsible for  SDLC process improvements for MTCC
-  Responsible to assist mapping of business process to system design and present various solution options
-  Conducting or coordinates User Acceptance and release document.
-  Participate in the 24x7 ‘on-call’ process for the system reliability
 
Experience
 
-  5+ years in implementing applications with Maximo platform and 2+ years of consulting experience required in designing high quality systems
-  2+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Workflow design, MIF, MBOs Maximo 7.X Database object Structure, Relationships and Configuration, Application Designer and Oracle SQL.
-  Experience with Maximo Version 7.x and above
-  Preferred experience with BIRT Reporting Tool
-  Familiarity with Service Provider module of Maximo 7.5
-  Certifications: IBM Maximo
-  Preferred certification in Prince 2, PMP
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITY:
 
-  Should have extensive hands-on experience on Integrating Maximo with legacy systems using Maximo adapters, Web-Services & Interface tables etc.
-  Should have exposure on mobile suites and integrating Maximo with mobiles suites
-  Should have extensive knowledge on Maximo MBO Customizations
-  Working knowledge of enterprise monitoring, security layers, basic network topology.
-  Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
-  Ability to work creatively with a team and assists in enforcing project schedules and deadlines.
-  A customer-focused service attitude
-  Good oral and written communication skills
-  Able to lead a small to mid-size project initiatives
