Must-haves

Database Development (SQL Server 2008)
T-SQL Experience (main coding language)
Strong ability in taking requirements from business teams
Experience with Triggers and View (some basic features of developing a database)
Strong with stored procedures
SSIS experience

 

Plusses

Oracle DB experience

 

Day-to-Day

This person is coming in to develop on and expand a current SQL database. They will be doing heavy development and expanding the database. This person will be taking reqs from the Bas and dong 100% development and coding.
