JOB Description:

Need 8+ Years PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant

Core HR, BN, NA Payroll
PeopleSoft 9.1, 9.2 experiences on ESS, MSS.
Need to work with business teams to see which customizations can be retired while upgrading to PeopleSoft 9.2.
Should have worked with business teams to perform the fit gap analysis
Should have undergone through one full cycle upgrade and one implementation
Should have experience in mapping the requirement with delivered functionality to avoid application customization.
Should have experience in enabling new functionalities.
