Responsibilities:
Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert for production environment and application(s). Can trouble shoot issues independently, can work with project team directly without guidance from others. Available for on call escalations and advanced break fix problems and problem management. Facilitates and coordinates release management process and adherence to it. Participates in major problem reviews, initiates requests for change and ensures compliance with operational and security policies. Capable of leading incident management team in trouble shooting issues and can identify potential problems in applications and advocate for solutions. Mentors and develops other Service Engineers.
Primary Skills/Must Have:
· SQL Mid-Level Expertise
· .NET 3.5, ASP/ASP.NET
· Web Services Advanced expertise
· Azure Mid-Level Expertise
· Intermediate understanding of networking
· Beginner Level BizTalk
· SharePoint Administration
· Coding, performance tuning and deep dive knowledge on the above skills
· Advanced Architectural and business functional knowledge
