Role: Project Manager

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Duration: 12 month

Interview type: Telephonic/ skype

Experience Required: 10+ years

Mandatory Skills Required:

• Considerable experience as Project Manager/ Coordinator in Health Care Industry
  
  
• Strong experience in ICD 9 to ICD 10 Conversion Projects
  
  
• Strong communication skills - liaison between business, IT and other stakeholders
  
  
• Experience on Delivery focused by improving execution and also by implementing new process and procedure
  
  
• Experience in co coordinating large scale Coordination and Planning efforts with multiple stakeholders from different time zone
  
  
• Considerable experience in preparing dashboards, metrics to publish Progress and Project Health
  
  
• Has handled overall ownership of Delivery, prioritization, financial and effort estimation, managed risks and prepared contingency plans, Defect Management Activities, communication plan etc.
  
  
• Extensive experience in capacity planning, estimating, scheduling, risk planning, team leadership, interfacing with executive management,
  
  Very good understanding of HIPAA and Compliance processes
