Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 8 years related systems and/or software engineering experience, or skills commensurate with 8+ years systems or engineering experience. Strong skills in: leadership, system architecture, requirements analysis and development, object-oriented software design (including various design patterns), and software implementation. Requires knowledge of full software development lifecycle. Prefer candidate skilled in: C#.NET, MVC, HTML 5, CSS3, Javascript, RESTful dataservices. Agile/Scrum experience desired.

System/Software Engineer, User Interface Seeking a system/software engineer to lead efforts to develop innovative user interface solutions, including the design and implementation of system architectures and user interface frameworks, and implementation of customer-facing components. The candidate will work in a collaborative team environment with other software engineers and user experience professionals, conforming to various software development and business processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Service Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Web Application development, with strong client-side background and some server-side experience. Responsibilities may include: • Analyze, develop, and refine system and software requirements; • Explore options for the system architecture and contribute to architectural decisions; • Develop and document conceptual designs, high-level system designs, and detailed software designs to meet requirements; • Lead software implementation efforts and contribute to design and code inspections; • Provide input to technical discussions and propose solutions and alternatives; • Analyze cost effectiveness and feasibility; • Provide work estimates, including evaluating tradeoffs between implementation, schedule, cost, and resource constraints, and recommend alternatives; • Mentor and provide technical expertise to less experienced developers; • Work with remote teams, including offshore.

Job Title - .Net/SQL Developer

1. Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred.

2. Must have a minimum of 5 years related software development experience. Minimum 2 -3 years direct experience with Microsoft .Net and SQL Server technology.

3. Require expertise in developing data access and Web services, with good programming skills in C#, IIS (6.0 or later) and ASP.NET 4.0. Experience in XAML and Silverlight are plus.

4. Deep understanding around the Microsoft Application stack of SQL and IIS, especially in the area SQL Database Service, Reporting Service and Integration Service. Experience with Business Intelligence is a plus.

5. Familiarity with IT governance and information security is a plus.

6. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and the ability to work collaboratively with user, development, and support groups. Builds collaborative relationships and contributes to the efforts and accomplishments of individuals and teams throughout the JCI organization.

7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations. Recognizes that changes in circumstances and customer expectations alter objectives and priorities and can respond accordingly.
