Debugging/Monitoring the GP Process 11. Knowledge management APIs 12. GP APIs 13. Portal Administration

Summary:

The main function of a SAP Developer is to develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. A typical SAP Developer is responsible for designing software or customizing software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the technical design, build, and testing of SAP objects supporting modules.

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Define technical design specifications for any development objects identified by the functional teams that follow the internal standards of the SAP build organization in support of reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.

Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.

Execute standardized work processes to support SAP best practices.
