·         Minimum 6 years of experience

·         Java/JSP/Tomcat/VXML/JavaScript, C#/ .Net programming

·         Struts framework is a plus

·         Web Services (Apache Soap/ Axis)

·         GSL (Grammar Specification Language) is a plus

·         Experience with Nuance Voice Portal (NVP) is a plus

·         Background with Visual Foxpro is a plus

·         Good communication skill
