Duration: 1+year

 

JD for COE Function
12+ years in IT  and Experience in setting up practice/ COE
Must be able to understand the importance of COE function
Must have mix experience in Product and services companies
Must have done things mentioned below(at-least more than 70%  for all three points mentioned below)

Management (Upwards)- 
Help setting up a portfolio at a strategic level (Strategic themes and business innovations)
Coordinating the portfolio, start key practices
Portfolio management for new initiatives, ideas
Offer advice and support on business cases for individual initiatives, from start-up to close down
Advise programmes to initiate innovative and creative ways of doing things
Decide and adopt measurement for COE's value to organization

Teams (Inwards)-
Develop capability programmes/bouquet of new services for business
Create teams of resources to match COE functions
Provide advice and support to programmes for on-going projects
Advice on best practices for programmes and project teams

Partners (Outwards)-
Coordinate with partner programs initiatives
Networking with bodies/forums and share learnings
