1. Position: Solution Architect - Cloud Computing
Location: Irvine, CA / San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
Skill1 - Architecting (L1)
· Responsible for contributing to the design & architecture for small to medium projects. Works on problems of highly complex scope, through expert usage of on-standard concepts & principles requiring high levels of judgment & interpretation.
· Works as a guide and sets directions for medium sized projects of reasonable complexity.
· Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed by project teams.
· Role is capable offending out new methods and processes to approach complex situations in the respective area(s) of expertise.
· Requires extensive knowledge of multiple development technologies/ expert knowledge of one technology.
· Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries.
· May be called upon to advise Sr. Management on specialized technical issues.
· Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.
Skill2 - Solution Architecture (L1)
· Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.
· Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options.
· Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.
· Work with client architecture teams in - validate the non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on architecture options
· Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required.
· Working experience with at least one common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq)
Skill3 - Cloud Computing (L3)

2. Position: HR-ABAP Developer
Location: Marysville, OH
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
Role: HR-ABAP Developer
· Experience working with SAP HCM module - must have solid understanding of HR Data (Org Management/Personnel Administration info types)
· HR ABAP programming experience (RP* macros & logical databases)
· ABAP Screen programming
· Development/configuration of Custom Info types
· ABAP Dictionary
· Programmatic updating of HR Info types (BDCs / HR Info type Operation)
· Proficient Documentation / Technical writing skills
· ABAP Web Dynpro skills not required, but would be beneficial
· Workflow not required, but would be beneficial
3. Position: Associate Consultant SAP OB SC
Location: Greensborough, NC
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
Skill1 - SAP SD (L2)
· Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track. Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort estimates , assist in solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map as well as assisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the solution
· Able to guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering business requirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have at least 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3 years of domain experience Demonstrates knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes and how these processes are treated and configured in SAP .
· Able to work with customer business teams and Wipro project teams effectively.
· Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops ,map these into SAP SD processes and identify gaps.
· Should know the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, go-live preparations and going live
· Should be able to design and configure processes in Sales and Distribution - Sales ,Billing, Shipping, Variant configuration areas.
· Should also know how these processes integrate Finance and inventory management
· Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP SD out of which at least two years on SAP AFS system as SD consultant which should also include one implementation.
· Must have worked in all areas of SAP SD.
· Should have strong knowledge, Integration knowledge with other SAP modules like FI ,MM, EDI & BW. Understanding of ABAP programming & troubleshooting. Require strong communication skills, Command on English language is must and should have leadership qualities.
· Exposure of working in onsite/offshore delivery model.
