# Positions	ü  Come develop solutions on cutting edge Microsoft and SAP BI platforms using the latest hardware and software technology available (SQL Reporting Services 2008 & 2012, SQL Analysis Services 2008 & 2012, SharePoint 2010, PowerPivot, and Business Objects X.3 and Crystal reports).  ü  You will also mentor, develop and assist more junior technical resources in their development tasks. And you will prove out new BI technologies and run POC's (Proof Of Concepts) to ensure their value to our  technologies and business needs.    Essential Functions   ü  Work with the Global Business Intelligence team members to develop and manage Microsoft BI technology projects and POC's ü  Troubleshoot production issues to meet strict SLA's (Service Level Agreements). ü  Work with internal and external client(s) to define their requirements ü  Deliver reporting solutions that meet the business needs.     ü  In depth experience with MDX and DMX is required, at least 2 years experience. ü  Experience developing BI solutions with SharePoint 2010, PowerPivot and Report Builder ü  Experience with Business Objects and Crystal report development. ü  In depth experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 and 2012. ü  Solid experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts. ü  Experience running POC's with new technology to vet their worth and deliver scalable solutions. ü  Strong T-SQL and Stored Procedure coding abilities. Familiarity with a .NET programming language and PowerShell extremely desirable. ü  Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including Word and Excel. ü  Microsoft SQL Server Certifications a plus.
