Description:
• Must Be Able to Open, Represent, Implement and Close Change Records in accordance with the JPMC ECM system.
• Must be able to produce or update JPMC Turnover Documents and Represent on JPMC Change Control Calls and JPMC Turnover Call
• Must be able to implement updates to the JPMC Wire Database
• In addition the above requirements; any of the following skills would be a plus
o Avaya Call Center Administration
o Knowledge Of Avaya CT Server
o Knowledge Of Avaya MAPD Interface
o Knowledge Of Genesys For Call Routing
o Modular Messaging System Administration
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must possess strong written and Verbal communication Skills
• Must be possess strong organizational skills
• Must be able to understand and follow directions
• In addition to a high degree of Technical Skills, successful candidates must also possess strong administrative skills
Required Skills:
• 7+ Years of Advanced Telecommunications experience.
o Working Knowledge on AVAYA PBX Product Line and its associated features and software applications (Uniform Dial Plan, ASA Imports & Exports)
o Working Knowledge on AVAYA Call Center Product Line (ability to perform move, add, changes on VDNs, Vectors, Hunt Groups, establish announcements)
o Working Knowledge on AVAYA VAL Manager application
o Working Knowledge on AVAYA AUDIX & MM Product Lines
o Working Knowledge on AVAYA Call Management System (ability to create user logons, modify feature permissions, understanding of AVAYA CMS Standard Reports, ability to perform dictionary naming)
o Working knowledge on Microsoft product line (Excel, Word)
o Excellent Communication Skills (Must be able to speak with customer to derive requirements on their requests and implement requested changes). Balance quality, excellence and timeliness while maintaining customer focus.
o Working knowledge of Octel & Serenade Voicemail systems would be a plus
o Updating of EURC system with clear and concise resolution
o Updating of billing system with accurate information
