As per the hiring manager, a high level of skills expected are:
1. C# & .NET 4.0 - (they are looking for developers who are very skilled in C# coding and can create new components, create classes, class hierarchy etc)
2. Candidates who can understand Design Patterns (concepts, behavioral patterns etc)
3. SQL Server
4. JavaScript experience.
