Job Title: Oracle OTM Developer
Duration: 10 months
Location: Portland, OR
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years in IT Analyst/Engineer role
OTM technical knowledge and full cycle implementation experience is required
SQL and PL/SQL programming experience is a requirement
Custom agents experience is a requirement
XML Knowledge is a plus
Java programming experience is a plus
BPEL / work flow experience is a plus
XML Programming (XPath, XSL transformations and XSLT) is a plus
J2EE / Web development framework is a plus
OTM functional knowledge is a plus
Rules Engine experience is a plus
Knowledge of transportation logistics as it pertains to 3PL is required
Ability to learn/understand functionality of multiple logistics-related systems
Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) including developing requirements through implementation
Agile Development (SCRUM) experience is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non technical people
Solid planning, design and implementation skills
Technically and analytically minded
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
