I need assistance with the following requirement – client will hire off of a phone screen:
1. Job Title: Java Developer – 3 Openings
2. Location: Quincy, MA
Experience: 8+ yrs

3. Duration: Initially through the end of 2013
4. Rate: around $55/hour – can be somewhat flexible if candidates are over this rate
5. Description – KEY SKILLS ARE JSF, SPRING AND HIBERNATE:
6. Summary:
• Hands on experience in application development using Java, JavaScript, Spring, JSP, JSF, Hibernate, JDBC, XML, SOAP/REST technologies/frameworks.
• Proficient in database development: Oracle & MS SQL.
• Experienced in Software development and business modeling of Web applications, Distributed Applications and other custom-built projects on UNIX and Windows.
• Strong in Object - oriented design/analysis, UML modeling, Classic design patterns, JEE patterns.
• Experience in Framework development for Internet web applications.
• Have excellent communication skills, work ethics and the ability to work well in a team or individual environment.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven Experience on an enterprise-level JEE Projects
• Strong Analytical and communication skills
• 5 years hands on development experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring, JSP, JSF, Hibernate, JDBC, XML, SOAP/REST , Oracle & MS SQL Server
• 5 years development experience with J2EE application servers WebLogic, JBoss or WebSphere;
• Understanding and experience with build tools like maven/hudson/svn/
• Experience with performance tuning distributed applications is a plus
• Prior Healthcare experience is a plus
