Position:Sr Oracle DBA

Location:NY/MD

Duration:1year

Note: We will need H1 Copy,Degree Certificate and 3 Professional Ref:

Oracle DBA– due Submission 4/25

Minimum of 5yrs experience administering and supporting a 24x7 highly available production database environment. Experience must include providing on-call support outside of normal  business hours

Minimum of 5yrs experience developing, administering, and supporting a MS SQLServer (2005 or above) database. At least 24 months of this experience must include working in a MS Windows Cluster environment with fail-over cluster instances and database mirroring

Minimum of 5yrs experience in Oracle Database Administration within an Oracle RAC environment (10gR2 or higher).  Experience must include working with RMAN backup and recovery, installation of Oracle software and Patch Set upgrades, working with ASM disk storage, and DataGuard

Minimum of 4yrs experience using Oracle Enterprise Manager and Grid control (10gR2 or higher)

Minimum of 4yrs experience and senior level skills in programming and scripting with Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL

Minimum of 4yrs experience and senior level skills writing shell scripts and programs using various unix scripting languages (sh, csh, ksh, perl, python, php)

Minimum of 4yrs experience and senior level skills in developing and programming with Microsoft T-SQL

Minimum of 4yrs experience and senior level skills writing shell scripts and programs using MS Windows PowerShell

Minimum of 3yrs experience in installation, configuration, and support of MS SQLServer 2008 SSIS/SSAS/SSRS services

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Information Technology
