Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode : Phone then Face to Face Primary Duties:- Performs coding of the Presentation Tier of client/server systems, using VB.NET WinForms, third-party and custom-built control libraries, XML, and Sybase T-SQL. Participates in staff and design meetings to perform analysis of current business practices, and creates detailed designs using object-oriented methodologies to meet business needs. Follows team and enterprise standard development practices. Follows development procedures for proper source code control and promotion through multiple testing and production environments. Fixes application problems and bugs as they are reported; analyzes and corrects existing code. Identifies risks and impacts of code enhancement or alteration. Performs application testing to verify code enhancement or alteration. Documents designs, system requirements, code, and testing using formal and informal written documentation. Works with colleagues to analyze system capabilities and constraints and resolve business requirements by providing well-reasoned technical solutions. Qualifications:- 4+ years of .Net development experience with VB.Net and WinForms a must. 4+ years of SQL & T-SQL development experience. Development experience with XML, and Visual Studio 2010
