Descripton Ø Agile-Scrum Integration Tester for a Salesforce.com Implementation Job Responsibilities Ø Develop, maintain and execute Salesforce test cases (functional) as per the test plan Ø Attend and collaborate in all stand ups, planning and design sessions Ø Understand the functionality of Scrum team specific test cases and End to End test cases. Ø Work with upstream and downstream application teams to execute E2E test cases Ø Coordinate troubleshooting of integration issues; closely work with other teams in ad hoc conference room sessions Ø Lead and provide appropriate knowledge transfer to offshore testers to assist in efforts Ø Own and manage automated scripts Ø Work with the automation team to automate and maintain test cases Ø Execute System and Regression Testing Ø Collect, review and validate test data Ø Report and track defects to closure Ø Contribute to continual improvements Experience and Skills: Ø 8+ years of testing experience with 4+ years in Salesforce testing Ø Good understanding of the Scrum Agile practice Ø Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design Ø Good knowledge of integration layer technologies for SOA and SOAP using Fusion or Tibco Ø Good business analysis skills Ø Experience in Salesforce.com testing or testing other Cloud applications Ø Experience with functional and integration testing in a Cloud environment Ø Knowledgeable in automated and Data driven testing Ø Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities Ø Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction Ø Able to provide leadership, participate and be a productive member of the team Ø Must be able to manage time with multitasking
