Java Developer

6 +Months Contract

Tampa,FL

Rate : 40/hr on C2C

 

Skills Needed

Application developers must know:

Java

SQL Stored Procedures/functions (ideally T-SQL, the MS SQL Server dialect)

Our technology stack:Operating System: Windows Server (2008 R2)

Database: MS SQL Server (2005, I believe, but we're moving to 2008 or 2012 as soon as we can)Developer IDE: Eclipse

Code Management: Subversion

Primary development language: J2SE 1.6

Application container: Apache Tomcat 6.x

Web Page Rendering Technology: Google Web Toolkit (to be deprecated)

JMS Messaging Provider: SwiftMQ

Reports engine: Crystal Reports (not used by Java/SQL developers, we have a separate development group for that)

PDF Creation/Conversion: EasyPDF (server based)

Other minor components that escape me at the moment
