Need::Business Analyst for FL !!

Position               :               Business Analyst

Location               :               Jacksonville, FL

Duration              :               6+ Months

 

Locals Highly Preferred !!

 

Requirements :

 

• Goal – Develop PTC Back Office Solution
• Term – 6+ months -could be18 months + for the right candidate
• Communication: clear written and verbal communication
• Strong grasp of English language and American colloquialisms.
• Frequent communication required with partner team counterparts.
• Experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
• Ability to participate in group meetings and deliver complete and organized documentation based on meeting discussion, in the form of notes, requirements, process flows, presentations, action plans, etc. (Initial documentation does not need to be as clean and clear as a final deliverable, but will be used as working draft.)
• Able to facilitate small groups, help group gain consensus
• Interviewing skills for data gathering

 

Project Management :

 

• Manages own time effectively
• Self-started, self-motivated
• Experience with knowledge sharing tools (MS SharePoint preferred, other tools such as content management applications or wikis acceptable)
• Problem solver

 

Technical Skills :

 

• Experience with Quality Center – medium level skill set
• Experience with Message Broker and how to use it in a PTC environment
• Experience with use cases, test cases and overall system architecture
• Some programming experience –
  Partner will do the programming however the candidate will need to understand how software is written and how functional tasks are implemented
• Understanding of application design and constraints
• Working knowledge of object oriented design
• Working knowledge of databases / data structures
• Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Actively engage and participate in a team environment.
• Challenge assumptions and reinforce strategic direction.
• Facilitate and guide the team to achieving the strategic goal.
• Drive deliverables and action items
• Deals well with a dynamic and often ambiguous environment and must adapt well and adjust to changes in requirements, deliverables, team members, technologies, etc.
• Able to participate in business process engineering
• Ability to develop technical specs from system requirements
• Able to research new topics and techniques
• Able to write develop use cases based on information gather at meetings, interviews, and from written sources
• General Attention to detail
• Works hard
• As intelligent as possible, intellectually curious, willing to learn
• Local to Jacksonville
• Team player
• Committed to this project long term
