Siebel Call center with CTI

Duration : 3+ Months

Locaiton : Portland, OR

Rate : Expense paid project.

 

5-7 years of experience in configuring, deploying large scale Siebel call center application.

· 1-3 years configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Siebel Call center modules CTI.

· Working knowledge of Telephony systems architecture in call centers, preferably Interactive Intelligence.

· Working knowledge of AIX and windows system administration.

· Experience in resolving Siebel CTI communication, review error log, review configuration script files.

· Experience in Siebel CTI Toolbar integration with Siebel Application
