Job Title : Maximo Consultant
Location : Columbus, IN.
Duration : 12+ Months
Required:-
Maximo Techno-Functional (Java, JSP, J2EE, Oracle / PL SQL) with prior support experience on Maximo Asset Management product V7.1 or above
· Experience in configuration Management , Packaging and Release Management
· Experience in Incident Management Tool like Remedy and configuration tools IBM Rational Clear Case and Clear Quest
· Deployment Experience in Web Sphere 6.1
· Experience in Maximo configurations which includes Data Restrictions, Special or new group creation, Conditional expressions, changes in Maximo organization/ system settings, creation of new object structure for reporting needs, configuration of new PM Crons, configuration of escalations etc.
· Experience in performing data load activities within Maximo
· Understanding of Manufacturing IT systems (ERP/Maximo) will be an added advantage.
Prior experience working on integration of Maximo-ERP is preferred
Desired:-
5-6+ Years of Total IT Experience.
· Support and maintain existing MAXIMO 7.1 Application, which involves:
o Application Uptime, break fixes for business continuity.
o Technical Support to custom applications developed by TCS and out of box applications in Maximo 7.1.1.8.
· Coordinate with Support groups for all hardware and server installations.
· Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for assigned Problem Reports and Change Request
· Implementing Hot fixes / Fix Packs in Maximo environments as provided by product vendor
· Minor Enhancement and configuration in the current MAXIMO application and reports.
· Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / patch in the development and staging environment
· Coordinate with Product Vendor for critical support on IBM – MAXIMO Product issues (L2 / L3)
· Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues as requested.
· Interface and collaborate with the other groups (Ariba, Core Finance) as and when required for Maximo Support on external systems
· Perform required Data updates/loads in Maximo for sites already live in Maximo Global Solution.
· Resolution of Incident Management tickets on Maximo 7.1 ( Level 2 and Level 3 Tickets)
· Configuration Management and Deployment of changes/releases in Maximo 7 environments
· Compliance to internal SoX processes on incident management
