Education:

Professional skills
ü Good knowledge on Wireless site survey with access point positioning and capable to do End to end implementation (WLC configuration) with 0% packet loss while testing Wireless
ü Able to generate site survey maps and troubleshoot any wireless issues
ü Should independently do project Documentation, capture requirements and develop SOWs
ü Good customer interfacing skills
ü Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
ü Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
ü Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
ü Knowledge and experience of ITIL based service processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, etc.
Key responsibilities
ü Act as a lead to the Data Network support team
ü Own and drive the team to achieve the defined KPIs
ü Plan, Design, Build, configure, deliver & document network integrated solution keeping in mind the agreed timelines for any new project requirement
ü Transition all installed project handover to Operational Support
ü Attending internal and external project meetings
ü Working with Presales and/or Design Consultant on the high level design approval
Understand and deliver detailed customer requirements
ü Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements
ü Contributing and producing regular status reports as required
ü Escalating overall non delivery issues in timely and structured manner as required
ü Providing day to day hands on technical support across multiple services
