Our 'Kent, WA' based client is looking for 'SAP Security_SAP Basis Admin' to fill its Contract opportunity
Here are the job details:
Job Title: SAP Security_SAP Basis Admin
Job Location: Kent, WA
Duration: 12+ Months
Description & Responsibilities:-
• Perform SAP Basis security administration functions including setup, configuration, testing and maintenance of SAP GRC, security role definition, support of integration with a third party IDM solution for identity and troubleshooting of security and operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal security and audit teams to ensure proper controls are in place for SAP roles and authorizations and that ongoing governance is in place and occurring.
• Support SAP release strategy thru collaboration across SAP development and functional teams ensuring appropriate transport management and release planning.
• Assist with change control and incident response across the SAP environment.
• Lead efforts to leverage toolset and streamline end to end security processes to reduce human error and improve audit process.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to develop procedures for responding to automated alerts across the SAP infrastructure and application.
• Create, review, and maintain daily operational procedures, task schedules, and documentation to ensure a solid SAP operating environment.
Requirements – Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:-
• Experience installing and administration of apps, Single Sign On and Outlook Integration
• Experience installing Solution Manager and perform admin functions including setup, configuration, testing and maintenance
• Must possess excellent awareness of current trends in application development methodologies.
• Candidates should be very organized and have a flexible approach to operate in demanding, fast paced environment.
• Working experience in large corporate environment (manage contact with many cultures, time zones).
• Capable of identifying and implementing process improvement ideas that reduce the overall time and/or cost to store, retrieve, and report on data critical to the operations of the organization.
• Good business/technical experience.
• SAP Basis Certification preferred.
• Proven problem-solver with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and resource plans.
• Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal communications.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong teamwork based tendencies.
• Works closely with colleagues to support common goals of IT and the business.
