JD is attached. Person has to be strong BA with experience in Regulatory project in Wealth management domain. Financial domain experience is must..

 

General Job Description:

·         The position is for an experienced PM cum Business Analyst to work within the Wealth Management Team,

·         supporting multiple Regulatory Projects Coordinates, supports and assists in all aspects of projects analysis and management by supporting operational

·         and tactical aspects of projects The successful candidate needs to be self motivated, a good team player, willing and able to turn their hand to almost

·         any task performed by the team.

-          Interview Business staff, review documents and prepare high level business documents

-          Develop or update business process maps

-          Surface and identify process pain points

-          Document business requirements

-          Translate business requirements into functional specifications

-          advanced understanding of relational database(SQl, Sybase,Oracle)

-          Develop and apply functional testing scripts

·         Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/process problems and owns the integrity of the solution through

·         customer acceptance and final disposition of solution.  Develops and maintains information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate

·         DB standard formats.  Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create conceptual solutions to business problems. 

·         Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas.

·         Definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.

·         Leads one or more change the bank or run the bank projects, programmes, or initiatives , which may involve multiple technical disciplines. 

·         May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile.  Includes typical Project Management Office activities as well.

 

Desired Skills (include required soft skills):

·         Following skills are REQUIRED in the prospective candidate:

·         Team player with ability to independently interact with both Business and Technology colleagues

·         Excellent communication and writing skills Speaks directly and to the point Write Business Requirements Documents

·         Following skills are PREFERRED in the prospective candidate: Experience with Regulations, Regulatory requirements within Banking Domain. Esp in Wealth Management

·         PM experience in Banking Domain is preferred

 

 

What will the resource deliver?

·         Strong "pure" Business Analyst (we are NOT interested in candidates who primarily do other things and sometimes perform business analysis)

·         Experience in Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management

·         Social skills, persistence and backbone to work with difficult stakeholders
