QA IVR Tester - VA (Citizen or GC or TN Visa)

Title: QA IVR tester
Location: Richmond VA
Duration: 3+ Contract to hire
 
Must be US Citizen or GC or TN Visa

Tools:
Experience using automated tools like LoadRunner, Winrunner (3 – 5yrs.)
COF Experience preferred but not req.
Ability to write and analyze test reports across the project team
2+ years experience with testing IVR applications
5+ years experience performing Quality Assurance functions with demonstrated experience in Software Development Lifecycle quality deliver with direct leadership experience
2+ years experience with business processes and related systems supporting either Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, Credit Card or Finance industries
1+ years experience in ATDD/TDD
Working knowledge/experience with relational database structures, query techniques, and MVS environment
Proficiency in Spanish language for IVR testing is preferred.
Experience using automated testing tools.
