Mandatory
· Certified CPA/ MBA (Finance)
· 12+ years of relevant experience
· Worked more than 2 PBCS implementation
· Worked more than 6 end-to-end implementation projects in Hyperion Planning
· Lead functional and technical implementation
· Experience in working with offshore team
· Expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase and HFR
· Expert in MS Excel, Ad-hoc reporting through SmartView
Added Skills
· Experienced in managing integration with source systems using FDMEE / ODI interfaces
· Oracle Certification in implementing Oracle Hyperion Planning/ Essbase
· Good understanding of Financial Statements and budgeting processes
· Experience in MIS reporting would be an added advantage
Others
· Individual should be business oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive and highly creative.
· Must be detail orientated and customer focused
· Manage onsite and offshore team
· Ability to work/interact with senior managers and staff level personnel.
