Strong OOPS concepts
Hands-on experience on WPF and WCF
Hands-on experience on Prism, MVVM
Good Design and architecture skills
Experience of Unit testing and Code Reviews
Knowledge and experience of using design patterns
Experience of development of Rail Sector applications would be an additional advantage
