Job Title: Business Analyst with Asset Manager
Location: Crofton, MD
Duration: 12+ Months/Contract

Requirements
- 8+ years experience in business process analysis
- Excellent oral and written communications with the ability to convey information and answer detailed questions clearly
- Ability to convert Information Technology theory into real-work practice
- Strong listening ability, applicant will be able to observe, listen, and interpret correctly at all levels
- A basic understanding of Information Technology infrastructure and the core platforms and tools that support business activities
- Ability to present / interact crisply and fluently with Executive Management
- Strong skills in Msoft Powerpoint, Office, and Project
- Ability to work across functional and technical boundaries with ease
- Project Management experience would be beneficial
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy, Clarity PPM, or Flexera Tools would be a plus
- ITIL experience and certification would be a plus
- Asset Management certifications such as CTAM, CPAM, and CAAM would be very beneficial
- A bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (Business, Technology, Communications) from an accredited college or university.
