Position: Tech Lead

Terms (contract, contract-to-hire, direct): CTH

Duration:  6 month contract

Work Location:  Southfield

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of applicable work experience required; 7 years applicable experience in a Healthcare setting preferred. Preferred technical experience includes strong knowledge of state-of-the-art software engineering approaches in design, build, test, debugging problems, and ongoing technical support, and ability to articulate examples of workflows and processes associated with that experience.
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming (OOP) and design pattern/practices
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Java or C#, Web Services, MVC pattern, WCF, object oriented design and Web Frameworks
• Experience with client side browser development using JQuery, Knockout, or AngularJS etc.
• Experience integrating data from Web services and WebAPI's into presentation layer through REST, SOAP etc.
• Experience styling and response design techniques using technologies such as HTML5, LESS, Bootstrap, SASS etc.
• Experience developing applications with cloud ecosystems such as Rackspace, AWS, and Azure etc.
• Experience using diagnostic/testing tools (Dynatrace, Fiddler, Inspector, HTTP Analyzer etc.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL to query and modify the data
• Sitecore certification is a plus
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proven ability to peer review functional and technical tasks.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
