Job Title: Linux Administrator

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Duration : Long Term

 

Job Description:

• Embedded Linux (Mandatory)
• Python Scripting
• Sound Linux knowledge - To create and install operating system updates
• Windows knowledge – To install OS, software packages, updates & driver installation on non-standard hardware platforms
• Inventory tracking. Assist with packing and shipping materials.
• Experience scripting language (Python)
• Support in validation – e.g. Peripheral testing - USB, BT, Wifi etc. Configuration & Setup of hardware platform by enabling peripherals.
• IOT Experience will be plus
• Experience with Yocto Linux build environment or Wind River Linux development tools a plus
• As a Test Engineer, you should be able author Test Plan, design complex test cases, review the test cases and automate the test cycle process. You should be able to achieve test execution productivity, ensure defect management as per process and timely release of test dashboard. You should ensure quality interaction with clients and timely response to stakeholders. You should be able to prepare traceability matrix.
