Job title: Functional consultant (BA) With CRM
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job description :
This position will focus on capturing business and system requirements for the newly Enterprise Customer Relationship Management product team. The work will involve working with the In-Home Advisor program to capture and document necessary requirements of an agile delivery team. We are looking for an individual who is motivated and have experience working in fast paced product based delivery team. The successful candidate will also interface with other dependent teams that implemented CRM solution leverages to support the business current business model.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in scrum team stand up and JAD sessions
· Hands on experience with Business Process Modeling (as-is and to-be) including gap analysis
· Help manage delivery dependencies with upstream and downstream stakeholder groups
· Continuously seek and incorporate process improvements for requirements
· Work closely and foster good working relationships with the business and integration partners
· Review application to validate that requirements are met
· Work closely with geographically dispersed team
· Participate in Business Readiness/ Change management activities for successful adoption of product enhancements
Required Skills and/or Experience:
· Over 5+ years as a BA in Agile Information system/management environment
· BA experience or domain knowledge with CRM. Experience in retail and/or services organization a plus.
· Web application UI design (tablet/Desktop) in a greenfield CRM environment
· Experience writing requirements for large system integration projects/products
· Writing user stories, epics, journey, use cases and activity diagrams with internal partners and technical team to deliver changes
· Experience with system integration and/or application implementation and support
· Experience validating system behavior against requirements
· Experience working in a large corporate environment
· Identify and analyze business problems and defines the scope of activities required to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment and operational streamlining where appropriate
· Manages project documentation (implementation plan, issues log, process maps, etc.)
