Job Description:

Role                                   : Demandware Developer

Location                            : Hoboken, NJ

Type of hire                      : Contract

 

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

 

Must Have Skills:

·         Demandware technology expertise and platform implementation experience

·         Working with and leading distributed teams for Demandware implementation

 

Desired Skills:

·         E-Commerce Domain Experience,

·         Experience in scripting skills.

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

·         Participate and lead software design, development, and implementation

·         Assist in the conceptual and technical design of the E-Commerce solution.

·         Performance tuning of Demandware E-Commerce Applications.

·         Ensure application architecture standards, policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

·         Work with business teams to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities

·         Work with the business to get the clarifications for the team and to make sure the solutions/ deliverables are aligned to customer expectations and standards

·         Provide solutions to the technical issues faced by the team with the Demandware Subject Matter Expertise

·         Expected to stay abreast of web technologies and share new ideas and techniques that are relevant to the Ecommerce space
