Role: API Developer with Hadoop experience

Immediate starts, 12 month duration

Location: Austin,TX

Keywords : Spring 4.0, Microservices, vert.x, Angular, nodejs, Spark, Hadoop, Nosql, Apigee 

Overview:

These Software Engineers will build highly available, scalable software API services.  For mid level roles, overall Software engineering experience of 3 to 5 years and for more senior roles, 5-8 years of experience. Strong in at least 2 of the below areas.

1. Experience in building Software Products for scale from ground up.

• 3+ years of strong Software development background using server side technologies (java, nodejs, vert.x, Spring 4.0 or similar frameworks)

• 1+ years of experience in building RESTful APIs.

2. Familiarity with Nosql technologies. 

• Hortonworks Data Platform, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka are some of the areas that are nice to have.

3. Familiar with messaging and integration technologies and components.

• Experience in developing event and message driven applications.

4. Familiar with AWS/any other cloud service.

5. JS frameworks ( Single Page Applications like react/angular etc )
