SAP HR Functional Consultant required in CO

POSITION

Sr. SAP HR Functional Consultant

Denver CO

6 months 

 

 

Primary role will be Data Conversion Lead for HR

·         Assist business as needed in identifying conversion data

·         Load LSMW's for payroll, however, any massaging of this data will be done by the Payroll team

·         Create, maintain, and execute LSMW's

·         Lead Conversion both during mock runs and production cutover

·         Lead Configuration and training needs around SAP LSO

·         Work with other 3rd Party vendors as needed for technical guidance in portal or ABAP development

·         Assist where needed in configuration of SAP HR as it relates to PA and OM

·         Participate in Solution design for the SAP HR implementation

·         Work with team to support documentation, design, build, and deployment the HR solution

·         Perform Training in areas of HR as needed

·         Generate project Deliverables according to project plan

·         Work with IT and business team to develop conversion plan

·         Technical documentation; writing SAP functional specs  

·         Provide solutions for critical Gaps signed off with business

·         Assist in writing and executing HR test scripts

·         Conduct Unit Testing, Functional Testing and Integration Testing

·         Assist in the User Acceptance Testing as needed

·         Support project during Hypercare period (post go-live)

·         Provide timely status updates to the SAP HR Lead

 

Nice to have - Lead Configuration in ESS/MSS where appropriate
