Skills Required and Job Description:

Essential skills and experience include an intermediate level of SQL skills (will be tested in interview); test automation experience with Selenium (years of experience undefined, but candidate should be able to evaluate testing to suggest candidate tests for automation and use Selenium to develop automation scripts); deep knowledge and interest in object oriented programming. Candidates should only be submitted if they are able to write SQL queries, and have reviewed SQL fundamentals. Please ensure all candidates submitted have had a thorough review of SQL skills. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Test Lead. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to,: - Development of a test strategy - Developing a detailed test plan - Implementing the test plan - Working with a team to develop and execute test and/or use-case scenarios - Mentoring the existing test team A minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance Testing Experience, working on large system developments, is required. This includes all facets of the QA lifecycle. The system being tested is a large and complex web-based application. This systems interacts with existing legacy applications.
