Sr .Net C# Developer

Clear Water, FL

Long term contract

Need GC-EAD or GC, Citizen Only!!

Top Three Skills:

1. 3+ years of development experience within C#/.NET (they are leveraging 4.5)

2. 3+ years of experience with SOAP/REST web-services as they have a lot of integration work upcoming

3. Must be polyglot with experience in at least 1 other language 

Pluses:

-Experience with Javascript and AngularJS

-Experience with MVC framework

-Experience with SQL

-Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, Integration Testing, etc.

-Knowledge of cloud technology (i.e- know difference between IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) 

Job Qualifications:

• An engineering mindset

• 3+ years developing software supporting at least 1,000 users

• Demonstrable experience in software development

o Published apps, public Github, Stack Overflow contributions, blog post, public code examples, Pluralsight profile or Microsoft Virtual Academy profile

• C# full-stack capability required, must be polyglot full-stack capable with at least one (1) another language

• Required technology

o C# and .NET Platform

o Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), XAML, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP & REST

o SQL, T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience with JavaScript and an MVC framework such as AngularJS

• Experience with Test Driven Design , unit testing, integration testing, load testing

• Understanding of the following concepts

o Nth-Tiered Design, Layered Architecture, MVC, MVVM, Services Orientated Architecture, Microservices

o Software Design Patterns (e.g. "Gang of Four")

• Experience building SOAP and RESTful web services.

• Knowledge of Cloud Technology (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

• 4 Year College Degree (Computer Science or related engineering field) preferred, or equivalent experience

• Visual Studio Integrated Development Environment & SQL Server Management Studio
