Mandatory Technical Skills	Strong development experience in Core JAVA/J2EE, EJB3, JBOSS, JSP,SPRINGS, HIBERNATE, Webservices Good to have basics of UNIX shell scripting, HTML5 Good communication skills Good analytical and problem solving skills
Desirable Technical Skills	Strong development experience in Core JAVA, JSP, SPRINGS, HIBERNATE Database - Oracle10G Operating System - Windows and UNIX
Mandatory Functional Skills	- Ability & flexibility to deliver development skill and technically lead a small offshore teams and be accountable for deliverables they make. - Good communication skills - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Added advantage if airline and HR domain knowledge is present
Desirable Functional Skills	Decision Making Capabilities, Offshore team management experience,  Management and Leadership Skills Sets,Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Total Experience Required	8 years
Responsibilities to shoulder	1. Accountable for technical solution of minor enhancements based on the user request. 2. Understand the requierments and develop Java/JBOSS code as per industry strandards, bug free and on time delivery 3. Ensure to incorporate the dependencies when integrating the system with other external interfaces 4.. Coordinate technically with the Application,Database, Middleware and QA support teams.
