Requirement

Work closely with our software development and analytic teams to serve their data monitoring and analytic needs.Work collaboratively with software engineering to build, deploy and operate our systems

Build, deploy, maintain and enhance a reusable common data pipeline in a scalable and robust manner. Create cloud formation templates to build clusters that support our data pipeline

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments

Design, manage, and maintain tools for automation

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent

Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration

Experience with automation/configuration management using either Ansible, Chef or an equivalent

code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby)

Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required)

Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service

Experience with container technology (e.g. Docker)

Agile software development experience

Experience working in a metrics driven environment is a plus
