The Digital Program Manager, Go to Market, is the main point of
coordination, communication and facilitation for offers deployed on
Web. The person who succeeds in this position will be highly competent
in coordinating teams across Web including stakeholders from
marketing, eCommerce, product, creative services, testing and
development. In order to successfully align with new product launches
and dependencies and steer them through from feasibility to
deployment, this position also requires superior organizational,
tactical and communication skills to help manage digital teams in the
development and deployment of new products and services in a complex
and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Program management leader and coordinator of digital business,
product, testing and development teams to successfully deploy offers
on web channels.
• Responsible for overall communication of risks and dependencies
between digital teams and out to the larger organization, including
executives/leadership.
• Organization of schedules, dashboards and status reports
• Understand timelines and team dependencies/constraints in order to
maximize efficiencies and avert foreseeable issues.
• Ability to work and prioritize multiple offers at a time which vary
in complexity and intensity.
• Responsible for being ahead of incoming offers and initiating
communications and assessments.
• Coordinate testing and NOD activities
• Assist in maintenance of centralized database and communications about offers
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting about ongoing offers and
post-deployment analysis
Qualifications:
• Program Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• 5 years of project or program management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter; comfortable driving work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience creating schedules/dashboards/reports in Excel, MS
Project, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working with technical/development teams and web-based
applications preferred
