Location: Maryland Heights, MO

Responsibilities 

-          is searching for a SQL DBA for a Fortune 500 client in the telecommunications industry. As a SQL DBA, you will be a part of an operations team responsible for ensuring performance, availability, and recoverability of high visibility corporate databases. You will handle day to day database administrative work including monitoring SQL server instances, alerting, backups, configuration, patching, and deployments.

-         
Requirements:

-          Experience with SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012, & 2014

-          Experience working with SQL in virtual environment

-          Microsoft Clustering

-          Ability to perform in fast-paced environment

-          Experience with disaster recovery scenarios

-          Preferred:

-          Replication skills

-          SSIS, SSRS

-          Scripting experience
