Preferably Local USC & GC

 

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? 
Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio/SQL Server 

What skills/attributes are a must have? 
3+ yrs .Net/C# experience 
3+ yrs T-SQL, PL/SQL 

What skills/attributes are nice to have? 
HTML5 
MVC 
Javascript/Jquery 
Object Oriented Analysis & Design 
Documentation Skills
