Job Description :        Part of the IISIAPE project will be to remediate applications identified by the Health and Human Services (HHS) Security Monitoring and Application Remediation Task-force (SMART) project as having security vulnerabilities.

Duties include:

·         Design, develop, test and deploy web services and Java code resulting from the SRS and defects.

·         Interface with other DADS development groups to ensure customer support provided as required.

·         Provide after-hours support.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements            Minimum Skills Requirement in years

5             Experience in IT and the application development life cycle

5             Experience in Unix programming development

5             Experience in WebSphere development

5             Experience in Java and JSF programming development

5             Experience in Oracle/Sybase programming development

5             Experience in Hybernate programming development

5             Experience in performing rigorous test case scenarios

5             Experience with GUI (Desktop and Web)

5             Web services programming experience

5             Previous experience validating business requirements and design specifications with users

4             System design experience (Batch and Online)

4             Experience in developing rigorous test case scenarios using UML or similar technology

4             Experience with customer service

4             Experience providing after-hours support

4             Experience developing rigorous Unit Test scripts

4             Experience creating application builds and working with code versioning tools

3             Experience developing application systems that are Section 508 compliant

3             Experience in Informatica development

3             Experience in Perl programming development

 

Preferred skill requirements in years

Years      Skills/Experience

3             Experience working in a State/Federal government environment.

1             Experience with DADS programs a plus.
