Position : HealthCare Business Analyst

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Working closely with Business team to prioritize business goals and information needs
o Interpreting a project and the client's requirements and evaluating all the options to identify potential solutions
o Examining existing business models and flows of data, discussing findings with the client, and evaluating system specifications for business requirements
o Designing and implementing the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
o Implementing, supporting and controlling an inventory of applications used
o Assisting in the development of, and migration to, new platforms.

 

HC BA:

High level of mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
o Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
o Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
o Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
o Self-development skills to keep up-to-date with fast-changing trends and their role in a commercial environment.
o Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
o Good team working and interpersonal skills required to enable working closely with staff at all levels throughout an organization, including managers and IT specialists.
o Good report writing skills and the ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical people.
o Knowledge in Java/J2EE, Quality center, Mercury QTP, Load runner, automation, test data management, performance engineering, Requirements Stability measuring, data protection maintaining awareness of the business context including budgetary control issues                    Desired Skills:
