The Java Developer performs highly advanced systems analysis and design of Websphere Applications using and Eclipse based tool for Java development in a web environment. This position is responsible for analyzing business requirements and leading the development of software designs and coding. Reviews the code of solution(s) prepared by 3rd party vendor to ensure that all requirements are addressed. May develop and test complex programming code. Assists other team members in preforming analysis, design, code, and test. Assists customers with developing consumable business requirements. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment and independently with a focus on quality and customer service. Works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
