Position: Desktop Support Location: Des Moines, IA Duration: Until 12/31/16 Interview: Phone or In-Person Position Type 1: Install team for Children's Hospital 4 openings - 6 months. Install equipment for the new UIHC Children's Hospital before the end of October. Resource will need a technical background but will report to a lead. Install instructions will be provided - Desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and other peripheral medical devices. Basic troubleshooting required, complex issues will be escalated to a lead. Duties: Hardware installation of desktop workstations and laptops in a large Enterprise Domain environment Image new Dell/Cybernet workstation with Windows 7 64-Bit Professional via SCCM OSD A/V system testing Migration of user profile data Cable Management Software deployment via SCCM packages and manual install Deliver consistent IT service to our end users End user onsite training for new operating system and software Details tracked in IT ticketing system for billing and documentation purposes Requirements: Windows 7 Microsoft Office Suite 2013 1-3 years of desktop support experience Able to lift equipment Preferences: Health Care IT Experience Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Skype for Business Experience A/V setup/configuration Experience Parking is available to the consultant but the lot does require them to take a shuttle.
