TITLE: COE Technical Project Manager

LOCATION: New York City, NY

DURATION: 6+ Month

Requistion Details:

Skills:

• Responsible for L2 and L3 support activities across onsite and offshore teams
  
• Technical project management skills
  
• Extensive hands-on experience in .NET, SQL Server, WCF, EF, ADO.NET, JavaScript, Angular.js, KO.js, JQuery
  
• Ability to lead an onsite / offshore team of 15-20 FTE
  
• Governance and periodic status reporting
  
• Monitoring and tracking work packets to closure with an eye on details and do proactive escalation wherever needed to avoid any issues
  
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert into functional specifications
  
• Should be able to guide the team to resolve issues functionally and technically
  
• Strong trouble shooting and problem analytic skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  
• Communicating progress and status to team members and stakeholders
  
• Ready to work in shifts – first and second shift
