• Executing request from our client's  ticketing system for the existing ITAM solution
• Troubleshooting issues within the ITAM product
• Understanding of custom changes and extensions to IBM Tivoli Identity Manager
• Understanding of IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V5.1 architecture and components
• Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V5.1 prerequisite software
• Understanding the migration process for previous versions to IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V5.1
• Understanding of business processes
• Knowledge of integration with IBM Tivoli Security products
• Knowledge of basic security concepts (encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS)
• Knowledge of administrative models and user management. Understanding of basic system architecture design
• Knowledge of Tivoli Common Reporting
• Knowledge of identity governance concepts (role management, separation of duties)
• Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V5.1 adapters and cresting new connections
• Knowledge of the upgrade processes IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V5.1
